About Sigma BioAnalytics
A modern clinical analytics platform combining rigorous biostatistics, transparent workflows, and production-grade software — built by statisticians, for teams making high-stakes decisions.
Make Advanced Biostatistics Practical
Sigma exists to remove friction from clinical analytics. We help biotech, academic, and global health teams move from raw data to regulatory-ready insight faster — without sacrificing scientific integrity.
We believe modern analytics should be fast, transparent, and reproducible. That’s why Sigma combines a no-code SaaS platform with optional expert statistical support — so teams can scale without changing tools.
Dr. Michael Ghebre
Founder · Principal Biostatistician · Product Lead
Sigma BioAnalytics was founded by Dr. Michael Ghebre (MSc LSHTM, PhD Biostatistics, University of Leicester), following over a decade working across academia, biotech, pharma (GSK, AstraZeneca, TEVA), and CRO environments.
Across organisations of all sizes, the same pattern emerged: analytical rigour was being undermined by fragmented tools, manual workflows, and poor reproducibility.
Sigma was built to address this gap — unifying study design, PK/PD, bioequivalence, RWE, causal inference, and reporting within a single, secure platform.

What Guides Every Decision
Scientific Integrity
Transparent assumptions, auditable workflows, and reproducible results — no black boxes.
Automation with Accountability
We automate repetitive analytics, not scientific judgement. Every output remains interpretable and defensible.
Built for Regulation
Outputs aligned with FDA, EMA, and MHRA expectations — from feasibility through submission.
A Different Model for Clinical Analytics
Sigma is not just consulting — and not just software. It’s a platform-first approach, backed by real expertise.
Unified Platform
Data cleaning, sample size, CTI, PK/PD, and reporting in one secure environment.
Faster Decisions
Reduce weeks of analysis and documentation to hours — without shortcuts.
Flexible Engagement
Use Sigma independently, or layer in expert statistical support when required.
